Commercial Description:
Served in a half liter glass which is specifically designed to show off it’s color and aroma. The aroma is a product of the strain of yeast used during fermentation which is unique to Hefe Weizen. It produces natural flavors which have been described as banana, clove, bubble gum, plastic, band aids Everyone tastes and smells something different! The heavy addition of wheat ࿒%) softens the flavor of the beer and produces a lot of haze. Although lemon is usually served with a filtered version of this beer, we gladly grant anyone the request of lemon with our Hefe Weizen, although we do not normally do so. Faultline Brewing serves it’s Hefe Weizen year round.

On tap. Hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Good aroma of banana and yeast. Medium body, sweet banana, yeast and a whiff of phenols in the finish. Overall a very decent Hefe. 250709

Tap at the California State Fair. Pours hazy darkish gold with white bubbles. Appropriate aromas of banana and clove. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Flavor is bananas, clove and wheat. Finishes rather clovey. In a mild way.

Had on tap. Served on the patio very hazy deep yellow with a nice head. Aroma was very citrusy. Had this with a lemon slice. First sip, the bananna and cloves over well you, but start to subside at mid glass. A little too sweet, but a real thrist quencer

Lots of esters in the hef. Plenty of flavors of bananas and cloves. Flavor was very sweet. Even my gf said it was too sweet for her. A decent hef but I wish it finished a bit dryer.

Tap. Cloudy orange-yellow like a tangerine. Coriander, spice, and orange in the nose. A dry spicy flavor.
