The body is a red tinged brown and holds a very nice looking, two finger thick, tan head that fades slowly. Malty fore with mild fruit notes and lots of toasted grain accents on to the dry, clean finish. Pretty well made, fun drinking beer. No real trace of the near 8% alcohol save a mild phenol note that blends into the toasted malt. Pretty good brew here. iambeer (255), Ontario, Canada

Nice looking frothy beverage with very light lacing. Molases and hops flavour with light aftertaste. Nice flavour that disappears too quickly. Overall a light flavour for a bock but nice and smooth. Alcohol is well hidden. charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark
