Commercial Description:
This style features a very pronounced hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Malt backbone is present but definitely plays a minor role to the Galena, Perle and Cascade hops. OG= 1.050 / FG= 1.012 / 72-IBU's

Draught. Poured orange red with thick white head. Strong hop aroma with citrus overtones. Hoppy flavour, full on the mouth, all over the tongue with grapefruit and naartjie notes. Lingering hop finish, good for cold or warm weather.

Tap @ Fearless... Poured pale orange with a white head. Aroma of fruit and hops, very floral. Mild carbonation. Lots of grain or biscuit flavors and a great hop presence. Very consistent and satisfying. Sweet flavors from alcohol and citrus.

Pours hazy orange with a white head. Pine and grapefruit hop nose. Solid IPA, very floral and crisp. Lightly caramelized malts, not enough to balance or give much sweetness before the hops take over, but oh well, when in the NW make hop juice and we’ll drink it with a smile.

From Clinton Corner Cafe--Light golden color. Lighter than most PNW IPAs. Big white head. Resinous piny, citrusy nose. Lingering bitterness in finish. Not a lot of malts. I liked this one a lot!

Very clean and crisp, not overly hopped, very true to style. Great residual lacing in the appearance and overall a very easy to drink and enjoyable IPA.

Fruity overtones with this golden ale. Nice clean taste with a heavy bitterness at the end. If you like hoppy beers, then this is a must try. Only had a sample of this, which, for me was enough. A very drinkable beer.
