Fejø Cider Doux/ sød

Bottled: Pale yellow. Unclear. Is quite fizzy and very sweet. Sweetness is all I can think about while sipping this beverage. Some apple accents is there. Well, now I’ve tried a cider, and some time will pass, before I go back to this kind of product.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Clear, golden cider with a fizzy head that vanishes in no time. Soft, mellow aroma of apples. Rather light body with lovely, soft appleish notes and a not too sweet appearance. Rather wird medicinal tang that appears late. 030106

A light orange cider with a bubbly very fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet but the notes of wood and apples are stronger than the sweetness. The flavor is woody and apply on a subdued sweet background. But the mouthfeel is slightly sticky.
