Has a lambik-like sourness, which is actually and surprisingly quite nice. Not something you get very often in cask ale, and probably not intended. Clear dark brown colour. madsberg (5076), Søborg, Denmark

Its not often that a new beer from Felinfoel makes an appearance, so this was quite welcome. A nice looking copper/amber coloured session bitter. Scant aroma. Softly malty flavours, plus a reasonable ration of bittering hops, which is rather rare for a Welsh "bitter" . Not too sweet either. Reasonable grip. I’d happily drink this again, which is more than I could say for most of the bland, wishy-washy stuff that usually passes for bitter in that part of the world (step forward Worthington Bitter and Hancocks HB, you know who you are)..

Clear copper-brown with low, off-white head that diminishes to ring. Toasty and cereal malt flavours with fair bitterness and lightly fruity character. Medium-light body with low carbonation. Somewhat simple and plain, though well made. Sampled on cask at GBBF 2005. joergen (8638), Frederiksberg, Denmark
