Cask conditioned at Charlies. Amber coloured. Malty aroma and flavour with notes of acidic apples and some sulphur. Rather light bodied. Not very pleasant.

Cask (@Golden Oak, Felinfoel): Light amber coloured, fluffy, slightly lacing head; delicate fruity-hoppy nose; bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering bitter-fruity, also a bit sweet finish. Well rounded, a pleasure............

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden. Pale chestnut with thin white head. Fruity malt aroma, bit of nettle and red berry. Bit of stale malt too. Bit thin in mouth, earthy hop finish. Bit muddy. Difficult to smell anything as the woman opposite me at the table has extremely strong perfume.

Pint pulled at The Sloop Inn in Porthgain (Pembrokeshire Coast NP, Wales), a clear darkish amber with a thin but creamy white head that laced well. A earthy malty aroma. Smooth at the front of the mouth with a sharpish bitter finish. An interesting slightly roasted malt flavour with some hoppiness in the background.

Tastes a little like cheese, old cheese, not bad, but not deliscious. It has a strange colour judging by the flavor.

Not quite sure what they are trying to do here. Aroma is of sour cooking apples and grappa. Taste is like a sour off cider. I think this beer must have gone off.
