The problem I’ve found with a lot of bottled bitters, or whatever you want to call them, is they tend to taste a bit tinny and metallic. This was very clean with a nice malt complexity and just a slight bitterness. Nice. Falconseye8 (525), Cartersville, Georgia, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 23, 2007 Not bad. Malty and a bit soap in the malt. Light and not "filling". I appreciated the malt without too much sweetness. Not my favorite style, but it has its place. True to style. A session beer.
