Jul 27, 2004 A hazy amber beer with a fine though disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges, spices, and caramel before a very dry end sets in. The body though is thin.

May 2, 2007 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm Deep amber, airy head. Perfumy nose. Sweetish and light bodied, fairly soft. Dusty with soft papery malt and shampoo. Salty finish with some resiny bitterness. A straightforward, rather aromatic ale with a bit of character of it’s own.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, toffee, dark berry notes, moderate hoppy, old dusty hops, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery - oily, carbonation is soft. [20090302]
