MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Jan 16, 2007 Cask at Charlie’s. Nice, creamy head, also giving creamy mouthfeel. Mild fruity flavour with a bit of apple, also malty. Weak, but rough bitterness. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 26, 2006 Cask Conditioned at Charlie’s Pub, Copenhagen Amber color. Light malt aroma. Some caramel taste, correct bitterness, too thin at the end, some iron and vegetables shade. Not very well brewed. Ungstrup (14724), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 23, 2006 [Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen] An amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet fruity with light notes of diacethyl and metal, while the flavor is sweet malty with quite strong caramel notes, underneath which sneaks a lighter note of metal, that lingers around all the way to the dry bitter end. Nothing special.
