Aromas of chocolate malts and dark roasts. These flavours follow through in to the taste. Wow, what a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel. This is a really good stout – the best I’ve had so far this year. The aroma is light - but what is there is sweet and lightly roasted combined with notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty with a light roasted character as well as light notes of berries, leading to a roasted dry end with a light touch of hops. The mouthfeel is quite smooth. An OK light stout. pivnizub (5073), Bochum, Porúří, Germany
