| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 24, 2004 Great vinegar nose, brown-red color, and tan head. Dark vinegar tastes with some apple cider, fruit and even toffee tones mixed in a complex profile. Some raisins towards the end followed by a dry thin finihs. Takes a while perhaps to warm up to this beer (and this style) but it is sophisticated and overall an amazing beverage.
