(Bottle 25 cl) Almost black with a warm, reddish hue. Both figs and dates in both aroma and flavour. No bitterness but a pronounced underlying sourness with some sweetness on top. Lovely 250997 and 010998

A deep brownred beer with a fluffy lasting tan head. Sourish berry and wood aroma with vinegar and sugar notes. Some cheesy tones also. Earthy flavor with sour malt notes. Fruit, citrus and vinegar tones. Good, but tastes rather old.

Interresting aroma to say the least: Fruit (orangepeel, strawberries), earth and wood, joghurt. Deep oaky brown, low visible carbonation, yellow low lacing head. Earthy flavors, strawberries, citrus and wood, lactic sourness. dry, light body. Wood and berry aftertaste.

Bottle I brought back from Belgium. Brown, thin, fluffy & white head. Aroma is rather neutral, with some vinegarish aroma. Taste is malty, somewhat sweet, reserved sourness and a balsamic vinegar character. Notes of dried fruits, wood. Really rather good.

Great vinegar nose, brown-red color, and tan head. Dark vinegar tastes with some apple cider, fruit and even toffee tones mixed in a complex profile. Some raisins towards the end followed by a dry thin finihs. Takes a while perhaps to warm up to this beer (and this style) but it is sophisticated and overall an amazing beverage.
