An amber to mid brown coloured beer served with a sparkler. The aroma is barely discernible through the sparkler but the taste is fruity with strawberries and tart blackberries. A bit thin in the mouth but quite tasty. haddonsman (1191), Derby, Derbyshire, England Jun 29, 2004 Cask at Fellows Morton Clayton. Cloudy brown down to cloudy amber, pencil thin creamy head. Sharp sweetness, lively taste, bit cloying. Pub (4115), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England May 10, 2004 Cask Conditioned at Fellows Morton & Clayton Brewhouse, Nottingham. Sludgy brown with cream head. Caramel notes dominate this beer making it a sweet toffee like mixture.
