Bottle, Naturtrüb, thanks to Allen. Interresting spicy aroma, quite a bit of lavender. Cloudy yellow, white lace. Relatively lightbodied. Flavor is not nearly as flowery or spicy as I would have expected from the aroma, In fact it falls rather flat, light fruit, with a hint hops. Mellow to flat mouthfeel. Light citric retronasal. Interresting.

Swing top bottle from Allen, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Just hints of flowers and apple in the aroma. Yeasty, flowery flavor with apple and some earthy hops. Decent and fairly tasty brew.

33 cl. "Naturtrub" version, bb 03/03/09. Cloudy, straw-colored with a large head that settles to a lasting quarter-inch of meringue. Earthy spice, toast and marshmallow aromas. Flavors of toast, light fruit and honey are dried well by some grainy-grassy hops. Hints of lemon also on the finish. Light-medium body is soft, smooth and finishes crisply dry. Spots of sugary lacing left all down the glass. More toasty flavor than from most pale lagers I’ve sampled. Thanks to Allen for this smooth, easy-drinker!

Bottle, 4.8%. Standard lager aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable head. The flavour starts off fruity. There is some medium bitterness, slightly grassy. OK.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy pale yellow, airy head. Minerally and soapy, dry and chalky. Light bodied with short flavour and brief salty finish. Quaffable and quite refreshing.

If I could mary one beer, this would be it. To be quite honest, I simply adore it.
