Bottled 33cl. It pours a yellow beer with a small and nicely lasting white head. Decent carbonation. The aroma is nicely herbal, bready with hints of toast and strawberries. Cereals, peaches, toast and lemon in the taste. Grainy with a good bitterness. Some mushroom; Slightly oily with a hint of strawberries. The mouthfeel is rather pleasant. Mushrooms and strawberries in the finish. Refreshing. A very nice swiss beer.

this is the standard offer in our bar and as such fairly popular ... I rarely can convince customers to try anything else ... doesn’t really flater our patrons ... "Junker" is a quite average Swiss brew (and Swiss brewing standard is, frankly, not the highest) ... taste comes with a rather sour note, which if eliminated could make this brew more pleasant ....

Blond color. Aroma of corn; light hop. Uninteresting flavor, with some sweetness, light malt and just the necessary bitterness.

Small classic lagerbier, nice head, small body, just classic hops, nothing interesting

clear pale golden colour, few foam, medium hoppiness, herbal, sweet and medium-bodied, moderate bitterness, sparkling, the finish is long and herbal with some notes of plastic.
