Bottle conditioned. Clear amber with some natural rising bubbles. Metallic aroma. Soft fizzy mouthfeel is not encouraging. The malts are there quite pleasantly, but they are in the background to the soft fizz which gets in the way of the flavour. Flat finish. Why are we Brits so bad at bottle conditioning our beers?
