Commercial Description:
Fantapants is offensively bitter (like most redheads!) but begins slightly sweet, with an aroma of passionfruit and pineapple. The finish is full-bodied with a hint of biscuity malt.

Tried on tap at Feral Brewery. Listed as an Imperial Red Ale and offensively bitter. Well for me it is bitter and it is upfront but not offensive though my partner thought it was. Noticeable citrus notes in the taste, definitely passionfruit, good dose of malty sweetness helps the balance. Very enjoyable.

Tap. Exceptional beer. Aromas of apple and caramel. Flavour has long duration, with moderate sweetness to start, and bitterness taking over. Silky in the palate, and medium-bodied. Red colour, with a white head that lasts long.
