Sweet, slightly spicy. A lightly bitter, citrus (orange) finish. Quite refreshing but too gassy and a little thin. Needs a bit more umph in the flavour department as well.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 19, 2009 Bottle. Cloudy orange with an adequate white head that is smaller and less pillowy than Hoegaarden. Aroma is of orange, wheat and coriander seeds. If I had some I be tempted to sprinkle some on top, too. There’s a nice balance of flavours here - the citrus is prominent without being overwhelming and the bready characteristic is there but stays light. A nice beer true to the style, but as usual for me with wits, I was getting tired of it towards the bottom of the glass. floydian1 (286), FNQ, Australia
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 15, 2009 330ml bottle. A bright yellow beer, slightly hazy, with a small transient white head. Nose is bread, spicy yeasts and strong citrus oranges. Orange flavours dominate on the tongue with background lemony citrus notes and a mild sourness to the finish. I could not detect the advertised coriander spices. Lively but watery mouthfeel with a light body. A decent light and refreshing Wit. bluebetty (124), Australia
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 3, 2009 Bottle.Pours abrilliant orange with a small white head. Not really get much in the way of aromas. Perhaps a little citrus and maybe some bubblegum bit not much else. Flavours wise pretty bland. Was expecting more. jonno (586), Brisbane, Australia
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 6, 2009 Tap at platform bar. Unfortunately a bit character less. Checks all the right boxes, but never jumps out and identifies itself as something unique. WIll stick to Hoegaarden. mkel07 (526), Brisbane, Australia
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 8, 2009 330ml bottle. Golden and cloudy with a big white head, well carbonated with an aroam of citrus and coriander that has a good sweet balance. Clean and crisp with a good body and mouthfeel with citrus flavours that cling to the tongue and last on the palate. Nicko (191), Ashfield, Australia
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 6, 2009 Bottle. Initial frothy head disappeared quickly, golden and not quite opaque enough. Citrus banana aromas, quite nice. Pleasant yet unremarkable taste, easy drinking but not memorable. No brewery address on bottle, oh yes another AIB product. Nesta13 (202), Australia
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 24, 2009 This was a little dissapointing. Flavour and aroma reminds me of "old fashioned" aussie macrobrews which is a taste i can’t really describe but isn’t too my liking. the "witness" is still there, but i wasexpecting more.
