heavy (471), Split, Croatia Feb 27, 2008 0.75 l bottle from local Bio-Bio shop. Poured clear bronze body with medium-smaller yellowish head. Typical, nice cider aroma, apples of course with notes of peach. Flavor is pleasant as well, nice sourish apples inside, peachy as in aroma, with some wood probably from the cork and so... Medium carbonation. Nice pleasant apple-sweet finish rounds it very well. Looks and tastes like a cider, after all it’s alcohol was only expunged using some kind of vacuum pump. Nice. Doggythedog (966), Split, Croatia Feb 24, 2008 0.75l bottle courtesy of and shared with heavy. Poured a light bronze colour with a small off white head that went away fast. The nose is quite nice. Strong apple presence, slightly vinuous, notes of cork. The taste is ok too. Light apple juice, sourish, a touch of salt, a bit vinuous. Definitely better than dealcoholized beer.
