From a bottle poured a nice clear straw color with a fair amount of head. Kind of a watery flavor with a quick finish.

Pretty decent beer, I was looking for a little bit more out of it though. Pretty thin head, clear yellow gold on the pour. Clean taste, finishes with hints of banana and walnut. Nothing to write home about.

Clear light amber coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of stale malt, some light hops and an off-fruity taste. Light-bodied; Metallic twang with some bittering malts and a bit of a cardboard type flavour. Aftertaste shows more of the same - nothing horribly pleasant. Overall, a pretty bad blonde - nothing worthwhile and not really refreshing. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in McLean, Virginia on 30-April-2008.

Straw gold body, no head. Slightly stale malty aroma. Flavor is bland, with a weak maltiness and very little hops. Glad I didn’t have to pay for this sample.

Single bottle from Total Wine in Jacksonville. Pours a light gold with a small head. Aroma is malt with a touch of lemon. Taste is bland and average at best. Another Matt Brewing Company space killer at the local store. No thanks.

12 oz bottle picked up while on vacation to Oregon. Golden clear yellow with decent white head. Aromas were sweet malt with some lemon zest. Flavors were better with crisp malty flavors and a somewhat present hop flavor. Decent for a hot day.

Bottle: Clear orange hued amber, large frothy off-white head, spotty lacing, light carbonation.   Cardboardy nose, somewhat stale, papery, with very little malt presense.   Ugh, very cardboadish on the tongue.   Wet cardboard.   Hops aren’t noticeable, malts are very pale.   Getting somewhat of a gag reflex on trying to get this one down.   Malts are very cereal oriented, stale cereal.   This one is very mealy.   I was thinking crisp and clean, but its neither of those.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Stale malt and wet paper on the finish.   From the aroma all the way through to the finish, I winced... more than once.   Blech...
