| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 2, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear, light orange. White head is thick, almost 1 finger. Aroma of sticky-icky. Decent hopfeel but feels a bit thin. Just ok for me. Immy (1912), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 31, 2007 12 oz bottle from LooseCannon. Crystal clear amber with a fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation bubbles rocketing to the top. Tangy orange and white grapefruit nose, mild caramel. Dry grassy flavor, somewhat disappointing after a promising nose. Some light floral and blah caramel malt. Medium body. Disappears from the palate quickly, which may be a blessing. Had potential, but, as usual, Matt lets us down. Middling. obguthr (1072), Poquoson, Virginia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 26, 2007 This beer really disappointed. The aroma was really pleasant, & led me to think I’d have a decent beer, but there was absolutely no flavor to it besides the bitterness. The beer poured a slightly hazy, almost clear amber, & was really just without flavor. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 25, 2007 Clear light amber head supporting a small off white head with very little lacing. Mild citus aroma. If there was such a thing as a Light IPA, this would be it. Slight grapefruit flavor and a low malt profile. Very watery mouthfeel and no real finish to speak of. I’d be surprised if this label survives given the competition - especially with so many worthy IPAs out there. Wait - what am I saying?? Bud, Coors and Miller are still on the shelves (but not collecting enough dust) guzzler67 (1289), Hanover, Maryland, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Average size, modestly laced, off white head atop a slightly hazed amber body. Caramel malt aroma initially, followed by some citrusy hops. Bitter, vague hop profile. Light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Not enough of any one thing to set it apart from the crowd. jackstraw (5), USA does not count | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 21, 2007 Good citrus hop character, but a little light on the body. Kind of like a "light" edition of an IPA. Held back by a slight hint of chemical aftertaste.
