| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 17, 2008 Draft @ FiftyFifty. Pours a clear, bright golden color; thin white head with patchy, fine-bubbled lacing. Nice aroma of Belgian sugars, cotton candy, and soft honey; generous, estery nose. Medium mouthfeel: following the aroma, lots of Belgian sugars and cotton candy esters upfront; starts to wear a bit on the palate after a while, with an emergent, mildly astringent bitterness. Lengthy finish: dry hop bitterness and a touch of esters. WeeHeavySD (3041), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 17, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Gold color without much head. Light aroma of clean, sweet malt. Light maltiness with a subtle hop balance. More hop flavor than I expected actually, but not too bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Clean and refreshing, but not a whole lot going on. grant (792), Colorado Springs, CO, Colorado, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 25, 2007 4 ounce sample at the brewpub. Grassy, lightly floral hop aromas present with some nice biscuity maltiness. A light spiciness is also in there, too. Pretty good. Transparent golden-yellowish body with a small white head. Lightly spicy, peppery, crisp and hoppy to start. Middle has a nice creamy, grainy, and biscuit malty flavors. Nice, crisp, spicy noble hop flavors to finish. Well-crafted.
