Nose of caramel hops and citrus hops. Mouthfeel kind of mild but smooth. Flavor is of citrus and piney hops, Not much of a finish but some bitterness is there. OK,. More hops in the aroma and flavor than what I was expecting. Medium palate and a nice pine/grapefruit finish. Not a great IPA by any means, but worth the 7 bucks for the sixer. edmajorjoe (79), Vail, Arizona, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear light amber with a lacy off-white head. Sweet aroma of pine, citrus, fruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Lightly sweet taste of oranges, toffee. Grapefruit pith/pine resin/floral finish that seems a little astringent. Not to shabby for the house beer in a smallish grocery store chain. nick76 (2675), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 11, 2008 The aroma is hoppy with pine, sweet malt, and herbs. The appearance is amber with a medium head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall it’s decent but not the best. The beer does pour very nice, the flavor however is not very balanced. The hops do indeed stand out, which I am a fan of, however there is nothing else there in the beer to create a balanced finish. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 20, 2008 Doesn’t smell sour at all, smells hoppy and malty. It’s also an attractive color. Quite bitter finish, kinda wakes you up a little if you aren’t expecting it. I can taste malt, but for the most part, all I can taste is the flavor of the hops. I like that, but it doesn’t seem particularly balanced. B+
