From the tap poured a hazy golden colr with a fair amount of head. Nice light citrus flavor with a quick finish.

Pours golden yellow with a small white head. Decent German yeast smell but not a whole lot else in aroma or taste. Just basic but not bad

on tap @Sierra Brewfest. an otherwise thoroughly unassuming that just happened to smell like a fart, making it worst in show for the fest.

Bottle. Aroma big on yeast, almost musty/yogurty, wheat, clove with an herbal sort of twist, and a similar floral component. Flavor is sweet-wheaty with more of the yeast and light floralness around the edges and at the swallow. Quite refreshing and tasty.

Bottle thanks to Naven. Bottled on 3/31/09. Pours a cloudy light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet malt, wheat/bread. Flavor is very bready/wheaty initially with a slightly sweeter, citrusy finish. Not flashy or particularly special but pretty solid. 7/4/7/4/14 (3.6/5)

Not a good pour. No Head. Doesn’t taste like your typical wheat beer. Very light. Not much aroma or body. Not a fan of this beer.

12-ounce bottle; bought a six pack for my dad, who is a fireman (a portion of proceeds go to fire-related charities). Cloudy golden pour with minimal head. Very thin body and minimal aroma compared to other hefeweizens. Not awful, but offers nothing special. Instantly forgettable.

On tap in San Diego. Beer poured with little to no head. First thing you notice is the nose of this beer. Hands down the most unpleasant smell of any Hef style I have ever had. Zero clove, banana or bubble gum scents are noticeable. Seriously smells of puke. Not a good start. Mouth feel is watery. Very little carbonation or texture. Taste of some wheat and sourness. That’s about it. This is a drain pour for me.
