I can see why this is one of their more popular beers, it was good tasting beer but i think brown cow ale is their best one to go with

Clear yellow with not much of a head, served with a slice of lemon which is pretty candy assey. Not much of a wheat taste to it so I wouldn't rank it among the top wheat beers I've had. Also, the Firehouse serves their beers at 42 degrees which is a little warm for me. All in all this was an acceptable beer with an odd aftertaste. I recommend the Brown Cow Ale if you visit the Firehouse.

Little aroma on a clear golden beer with little head. Good malty character, though, with a hint of the wheat. Good light ale.

Has a light golden color with some carbonation and light hop smell. Taste is light, crisp and finishes with a light hop flavor. Overall I do not like american wheats and this is no exception.
