It pours a hazy yellow/straw body with a bubbly white head that subsides rather quickly. The aroma is wheat flakes with a few drops of honey and a short squirt of lemon. The wheat softens somewhat in the flavor, some sweet citrus juices are added, and a very mild hoppy bitterness is introduced near the finish. Not a bad lawnmower brew. Thanks to Linda for the beer and giving me another state. Tmoney99 (4745), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 5, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Cloudy yellow with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus aroma. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Light to sweet flavor with a short sweet finish. Light summer wheat beer. Skyview (4050), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Sampled at the brewpub restaurant in downtown Rapid City, South Dakota. Pours a hazy golden straw brew with a thin white head that quickly dissolves but leaves a nice lacing and ring. Aroma of light wheat biscuits, light citrus and some flowery hops. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with a sweet light multi-grain malt, hint of bitterness and a touch of honey. Finish is creamy, with a light wheat aftertaste. Braudog (3766), Dayton, Ohio, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 13, 2006 On draught at the brewpub, ordered with no lemon. Very mild aroma, comprised of some gentle sweetness and wheat malt mingled with a touch of citrus. Hazy medium golden yellow color with a virtually non-existent head. Flavor is mildly sweet and even a bit honeyish to start, some soft wheat malt tones taking up most of the middle and with a lightly citric, spicy and mildly bitter finish (Saaz notes?). Some faint lemon here and there. Palate is fairly watery and moderately effervescent, body is light-medium. A passable American Wheat, not too mild. frankenkitty (1902), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 9, 2007 I decided to put my skills to the test by trying this beer approx. three weeks after hand-bottling it off a growler. I seem to have failed...
I will relate my appearance and palate scores to memory as my bottle has lost all carbonation. It initially poured a light-hazed, golden amber with a moderate yet quick white head. Grainy aroma with notes of Nilla Wafers. Flavor is cookie-like with a predominance of pale malt before the tart, fruity finish of Trix cereal (and I probably haven’t had that breakfast treat in over 20 years). If there are Saaz hops in here, they didn’t add much. Rather satisfying, but nothing too special.

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 17, 2007 Updated: Apr 18, 2007Pretty boring version of a very boring style. Hazy golden yellow...and kind of an "oily" pour. The nose was extremely mild...very light citrus. The flavor was very lightly citrus (lemon) and touches of equally light grassiness. The hops are virtually non-existant. Not horrible, but painfully blah. Deep and abiding thanks to the" la- la- la- lovely Linda with the lovely flowers in her hair."
