Commercial Description:
This smooth, rich dark southern German dobblebock is made with Perle and Hallertau hops and a combination of 8 varieties of malts. The Brewnette is our newest beer and has quickly become a Fireman’s Brew favorite! At 10.8%, the Brewnette is powerful, but VERY easy to drink. This beer is not for the timid.

Tried this at the California Beer Festival. This was far and away the highlight of the festival. This is the ultimate stealth beer. Looks, smells, and tastes like an American Brown Ale, but it kicks like the 10.8% alcohol. Rich malty aroma and taste; this one is a keeper for sure.

Very dark brown/black color with a large creamy tan head. Smells like stout. Medium body with mild carbonation. Smooth burnt malt flavor. Dryish finish.
