Nice soft floral hop and mild bready malt nose. Very clean and balanced body with good mouthfeel and conditioning. Mildly sweet and toasty with good hop bitterness.

Aug 28, 2008 Bottled. A golden coloured beer with a thin off white head. Nice hops in the nose. Some good pine notes. Hoppy too in the mouth with some balancing malt notes. Never harsh, and refreshingly tasty. Good late bitterness.

Aug 24, 2008 Bottle shared by Frankenstein, pours macro pale gold with a tight white head. The nose is floral hoppy as is the flavor. A bit of an earthy finish.

Semi hazy gold with a thin white head. Fruity grapefruit and peach hoppage. Fairly sweet, quite high carbonation but still very drinkable and refreshing.

Aug 12, 2008 Bottle bought at GBBF 08. I love these Californian pale ales, so easy drinking. First beer of the day at 20.50 straight out of the fridge and straight down my throat to quench my throat. Moderate grapefruit hop on aroma, just enough malt to keep it all together and a light stinging lingering grapefruit hop finish. Just a perfect quaffing beer. Wish I had another 4 or 5 in the fridge as this one has seemed to disappear in about 5 minutes. Boy, was I thirsty.
