Bready caramel malt aroma and a copper tan color with a minimal off white head. A breadt caramel malt taste with a hint of oak and tea. Medium to light bodied with a somewhat resony feel. Good for one anf then continue with something else.

Bottle. Pours a glowing dark gold/light amber with a one finger off-white head and spotty lacing. The nose is caramel malt and mild floral hops. The taste is pretty much the same as the aroma… sweet malt with a very light hop finish. Medium fairly flat body.

Poured an amber copper with a frothy light tan head. The nose was earthy, piney, on the English side, caramel malt. Flavor is erathy, corny, mildly piney and herbal on the hop end.

A- Pours a deep ruby red/tawny brown hue with slight transparency, head is white, soapy, and mostly diminishing, light lacing on the glass S- Smooth and crisp aroma characterized by a blend of light caramel malts and floral hops, a touch of tea and oak in there too, underwhelming T- Initial taste is roasted and caramel malts, but entirely too subtle compared to other ambers, followed by some light hops, nuts, and tea, the finish is slightly sweet and dry, no discernible alcohol presence M- Light-bodied, thin and watery, not much texture going on at all D- This is easy-to-drink at 5%abv, however there is nothing exciting or bold about the flavor; this definitely tastes more like a brown than an amber ale due to the watery mouthfeel and thinned out caramel malts, the Reserve was markedly better and I will not pick up this version again in the future.

bottle from my cousin Sam. Amber pour. Nose is full of malt, fruits and nuts. Flavor has some caramel, hops and a slight nutiness. Ok for a pretty mundane style.

Pours hazy amber. Flavor is all caramel malts ending on a slightly dry note. Notes of fig and pears in there. Not much hops - but some tannins from the barrel aging show up.

Pours a hazy dark amber color. Very fruity and malty nose. Heavy malt flavor with some hints of dark fruit. Finishes with some bitterness from the hops.
