12 oz bottle. Pours copper with tight beige head. The aroma is sticky, candyish hops with some toasty malt and some faint spice (licorice and cinnamon?). The flavor is toast, grain, and some floral hops. There’s an adequate bitterness, especially toward the finish. It leaves a woody/fruity aftertaste that doesn’t linger for all that long. The palate is a little thinner than I would like.

Clear, light copper with minimal head. Nice spicy/floral hop aroma. Nice. A 5% brew that is well balanced, has light toasted malt with just moderate sweetness and finishes with more of the same hop flavors. Really light and enjoyable.

Light colour, not much head. Average aroma, there is some English hop there. Average mouthfeel. Easy drinking, nice to have a clear head and 5% so I can keep on trucking. A bit drying, and satisfying though not blown away by bold flavour.

Pours a nice copper amber color with absolutely no head. Aroma is a pleasant cereal and malt. Taste is a real let down...I expected it to taste like an oak barrel for some reason. Very thin. Taste is light honey and marris otter. Below average for the style.

Aroma - Malty, with notes of grain and caramel, earthy and herbal hop character

Appearance - Clear amber with a medium off white head that lasts well, and some good lace

Flavor - Dark caramel and dark fruit sweetness, and a late appearing soft indistinct bitterness

Palate - Medium body and carbonation, smooth, slightly sweet palate

Overall - A solid pale ale, sessionable, although perhaps slightly sweet

Bottle drank at the Bayou. Pours a clear copper color with a medium off-white head. The aroma is mostly subdued hops, quite light but nice. The flavor was full of smooth citrus hops, grapefruit and floral flavors. A strong bit of caramel malt balances it out. A touch of fruit, and no notice of barrel aging except perhaps in the mellowness of this brew. Nice though, and I could drink many of these.

Average looking amber coloured beer, small off white head. Lovelly aromas though, spicy, malty, fruity..floral. and woody.gorgeous. Mainlly malty ..semi sweet flavours, English leafy hop in the back and after taste, slightly toasty. Kinda thin on the palte..though thats not really a bad thing in this weather. Overall a nice English style plae ale..could be a good session if it lost 1% of its alcohol.
