12oz bottle.. pours a full amber color with nice head. Smells somewhat malty and heavy. hits the palate with a hoppy spice and has a nice bitter ending. I enjoyed this beer and would recommend.

Nice amber color, rich inviting malty aroma. Solid malts with a little spiciness. A little bitter at the end, but definitely a worthy brew. I’ll have it again, no doubt.

Bottle. Pours a nice amber red color with a stable off-white head. Rather malty aroma. really light flavor that touches on being watery.

Drank this on a camping trip in the dark so I don’t know the pour. Decent brew, a little hoppy for me. I was expecting a little less spice and some more malt.

Had this beer on 9/14/1999. Aroma is a light malt scent. Color is a deep amber with good carbonation and head. Taste is rich and malty with a slightly hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle: Dark amber color with a nice off-white head. Sour and grainy aroma. The taste is a bit like leather polish and the aftertaste of the carbonation of club soda. Something doesn’t seem all the way right. Thanks BuckeyeBoy.

<Bottle pours a clear amber with a full sandy colored head. Malty tree bark aroma with some spiciness. Flavor is soft lightly roasted malts. Some caramel and earthy. Almost like a brown ale. Softly carbonated.

12oz Bottle pours out a clear amber topped with a off white head. Aroma malt. Pretty thin on the body. Not a lot going on.
