Mostly in Solvang after 103 hard riding miles... and now at the local Red Robin in Palmdale. Dark amber with nice White head, smells a bit of carmel and flowers Flavor very smooth with a great pain killing effect after 16 oz. The body says, "whoa, thats was good, one more will do nicely" stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of caramel malts and citrusy hops. Flavor was smooth, sweet up-front, caramel, with a slight hoppy bitter finish. Good body, good brew. FezMonkey (268), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 21, 2006 Golden color with a thin head. I didn’t notice much in aroma due to a stuffy nose. Flavor is hoppy but balanced. fordest (1954), Santee/San Diego, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 13, 2006 Draft in Camarillo CA. Brown pour with a decent head. Didn’t last very long though. Aromas were a little macroish. Not a loth there. Flavors were better with a lot of caramelish malts and some spiciness that really set it apart from other common beers. Not too bad. humuluslupulus (7), USA does not count | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 9, 2006 smooth, slight caramel malt.. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jun 3, 2006 Poured a dark amber-orange with a decent head that quickly shrunk to a thin head that lasted the entire drink. Aroma was hoppy with some caramel coming through. The flavor was caramel malt based with some pine and light floral hops coming through. Very little citrus was detectable in the aroma and flavor. A smooth drink with a little bit of body for the summer or easy drinking moments. Thanks to bfeld for grabbing this one for me. after4ever (2822), Brier, Washington, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 2, 2006 12-oz. Pours perfect ruby/brown amber with a diminishing, spare white head. Ghostly little suggestion of malt sugar on the nose, not much else. Medium body, medium carb. Sweet on the attack. Barely bitter (but sticky) finish. Disappointingly lacking in complexity. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 31, 2006 Deep copper pour with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, some fruit, corn flakes, hops. The flavor is caramel malty up front, with some bready fruits and hops emerging at mid-palate. Also some tannins appear late.
