Commercial Description:
Firestone Pale Ale offers a rich, crisply hopped character with a medium malt profile. Nuances of toffee and vanilla unfold across a bright, clean texture. Dry hopping establishes an assertive American hop aroma and flavor.

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Fresh aroma of pineapple, citrus, and pine. Flavor of malt, citrus hops, and a hint of nuts in the finish.

The Firestone Pale Ale has a very delinquent appearance. The smell has hints of beer and foam(head) to it. The taste was very delicate but intrusive at the same time, very confusing. Drinkability was top notch. i popped the top with almost no effort or resistance. Very good beer IMO.

Aroma= Medium hops supported by light malt Apperence = Bright yellow Flavor = Nice bitterness all the way through. Although not overly malty the beer is quite refreshing and for the most part in balance Palate = medium to med light, good carbination Over all = a very nice Pale in American style. If there is a flaw malt bill could be low but it is a really tasty beer and not hopped to IPA

Nice hoppy aroma that blends British and US hops; mild malty, toffee flavor and clean, lightly bitter finish; nicely balanced , very drinkable and clean. Good pale.

This is my first ale from Firestone. The APA was very good. The head was small and no lacing. The straw color was pleasing . The aroma of grapefruit was muted by the vanilla nd toffee. the well balanced APA was well worth it. I would try from the tap. I will also look for more Firestone products. I purchased a 6-pack on father’s day 2009. It was great with steamed crabs.

Bottle: Clear yellow, light white head and lacing. Nose of fresh hops. Very light malt and nice crisp dry hops. Dry flavor, nice bouquet. Finishes thin, lightly dry. Bitter mouthfeel. Good.
