| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 31, 2007 The Firestone Pale Ale has a very delinquent appearance. The smell has hints of beer and foam(head) to it. The taste was very delicate but intrusive at the same time, very confusing. Drinkability was top notch. i popped the top with almost no effort or resistance. Very good beer IMO. Zoob (84), Bakersfield, California, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Aroma= Medium hops supported by light malt
Apperence = Bright yellow
Flavor = Nice bitterness all the way through. Although not overly malty the beer is quite refreshing and for the most part in balance
Palate = medium to med light, good carbination
Over all = a very nice Pale in American style. If there is a flaw malt bill could be low but it is a really tasty beer and not hopped to IPA ontario102 (794), Boise, Idaho, USA

The head was small and no lacing. The straw color was pleasing . The aroma of grapefruit was muted by the vanilla nd toffee. the well balanced APA was well worth it. I would try from the tap. I will also look for more Firestone products. I purchased a 6-pack on father’s day 2009. It was great with steamed crabs.
