the nose is a bit dirty/earthy... almost british type hoppy aromas mixed with caramel, pale malt, orange, grass and light florals.
medium bodied and crisp though the carbonation is low/soft.
the flavor is pretty much the same... more earth, spice and a touch of dry piney hops. there is enough dryness and bitterness to keep me interested but nothing else really stands out. 6/3/6/3/15/3.3

Jul 26, 2009 Pours a golden amber with scents of malt and mild fruit. Delicious taste, mild bitterness with a refreshing aftertaste. Mouth is left with a sweet flavor that holds throughout the beer. A good pale ale that has jump to the top of my favorite beers list.

Jul 16, 2009 Light golden amber with flufy head. Floral, lightly citrus hop aroma with malt base buried in there somewhere. Fluffy carbonation. Floral hop is not there as much in the flavor. Lightly citrus and herby/woodsy hop flavor, not too much bite. Smooth malt enough to balance the hops, not too strong on either end. Lght finish, hop btteeness on tongue.

Jul 5, 2009 Bottle shared with the guys at the Barrios’ 500th Swallow Tasting. Clear golden pour with some whitish head. Nose Flavor of fresh citrus and floral hops, and almost a little sweetness to balance. Fairly crisp and refreshing. Pretty decent pale ale.

Jul 5, 2009 5 gallon keg from BevMo for my birthday. Pours with a clear golden body with a frothy white head that leaves fairly good lace. Aroma is hoppy with herbal and pineapple notes, some sweetness that is akin to orange icing, and a bit of grassy hay. Taste is citrus hops up front with caramel and quite a bit of husky, toasted grain. Light carbonation, low in residual sugars and somewhat dryish. Good pale ale.

Jul 4, 2009 Drank at Brasil Brau 2009 on Hops USA booth. Golden color almost amber with a nice and dense foam. Aroma is hop and floral notes as well. Flavor is bitter and mouthfeel keep for long time his bitterness. Good stuff.
