Light aroma of hops... Taste wise this is the best pale ale I have ever tasted... Nice hoppy taste. If some one told me this was an IPA I would of believed them. It had a nice hop bite to it. Light in texture. Really easy to drink. Great beer, that could be drank any where at any time. ****update**** picked up a sixer for my self. This beer is the sh!t... Looks like your typical crappy macro.... but really great taste for a pale ale. Sparky27 (1641), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear gold with a half finger white head that leaves spotty lacing. The nose is malt and floral hops. The taste is earthy hops, malt and light citrus in the finish. Medium mouthfeel. Decent APA. Bradrcr (781), Renton, Washington, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 3, 2009 5/3/09 From 22oz bottle. Aroma has amazing complexity, with an initial pairing of pils-like sourness and caramel, with a background of roasty earthy bittering and flora comprised of true orange and grapefruit. Appearance is clear gold with a well maintained, chunky white head. Flavor is sweet malt forward, with low roast and caramel notes. Bittering is moderate with blends of citrus and low earthiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a moderate carb texture and lingering sweet finish. Overall, an extremely easy drinking pale ale with substantial sweetness that serves only to clean the palate rather than overwhelm it. yalnikim (785), Wellington, New Zealand

Hop flavour and bitterness are good but the malt is just a little too rich to make me want to order six more.A little dark malt to add a dry finish and a redder hue and this would make a kick ass amber... boFNjackson (1323), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 27, 2009 Bottle... Poured clear orange with a thick, white head. Aroma was a little skunky and almost turned me off. Palate was smooth and silky with a strong burst of hops. Sweet candy flavors and citrus fruits with \ a refreshing hop finish. greig (173), Hamilton, New Zealand
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 24, 2009 A good solid pale ale. Delicious citrus fresh hop aroma. Refreshing, and a good quaffer, though a little oily in the mouth. Initial impression is that it could use more carbonation, though sitting on the tongue it’s quite prickly. Strange. Anyway, I could drink a lot of these. Nice one Firestone Walker!
