Visited the brewery while on vacation and loved the beer and decided to buy some to bring back. A very good beer if you like a hoppier pale ale. drpimento (824), La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA

Fragrant fresh hop nose, nice head that dissipates somewhat. verrry very drinkable. Friendly beer. Looks great in my goblet: in the wide part a tarnished gold, and in the thin part a nice yellow gold. Good mouth and a flavor that matches the aroma. Satisfying, yet alluring. Maybe a hair thiner than Sierra Nevada, but better flavor. Got this bottle in a beer a the month. Wish we could get it in La Crosse. Magicdave6 (5501), London, Greater London, England

This stuff totally blew me away, like i sampled one at the fest and had to buy one to bring home. Aroma is soo fresh and hoppy, citrus hop resin, leafy green hops, good underlying pale biscuity malt character. Taste is similar, quite a bitter chap too. Like id happily sit and drink like 10 of these every weekend and i wouldnt get bored. Excellent! Lets just hope thats what they are makign a cask vertion of for the wetherspoon fest! moped (13), East Lindfield, Australia

If you don’t like cascade... don’t try it. But if you do you’ll love it. A taste sensation! mpersinger (183), , California, USA
| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Dec 14, 2008 12 oz bottles: Peachy color, maybe 12 SRM, bubbly without lasting head. Aroma is honey-sweet and gushing with Cascade dry-hopped goodness. Flavor leads with honey, toffee and berry jam, balanced with crisp hop bitterness spot-on for style. Medium light body with sustained finish that confirms this pale best of style.
(Flavors muddle a bit as beer warms past cellar temps).

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 20/20 | Dec 23, 2008 Updated: Jan 10, 200912 oz. bottle. I may have rated this beer a bit high. This is my "go-to" beer, or session beer, so I may be biased. Golden color with thin white head. Aroma is mostly Cascade hops - that familiar mild and citrusy scent thats like an old friend. Flavor is mostly the hops, but amazingly very little bitterness. Some honey and fruity sweetness balance it out. Crisp, crisp, crisp! Medium light body with average carbonation. The moderate ABV and the fact that its crisp and refreshing without compromising any flavor or aroma makes for what is probably the most drinkable beer Ive ever had. | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 15, 2009 Out of the bottle from a liquor store near LAX. Pours a beautiful clear golden orange. Slight carbonation, slightly off-white head. Filtered. What a palate, much like Sierra Nevada but more robust. The lower alcohol content is quite suprising. Fantastic Pale Ale. The hoppiness is bubbly and lofty, kinda like Loft from Fat Tire. Leaves a long-lasting tingly-ness around your entire mouth. Two for two so far from this brewery (that I’ve had).
Had again as Pale 31, not knowing that it was the same beer.
