22 oz bottle. Pretty pedestrian looking IPA. LIght orange/golden with a huge frothy off white head. Nice aromas of citrus, spruce and over ripe apricot. Nice fresh fruity IPA this one, very sweet, lemon rind, oranges, apricots and lychee. Mouth watering really.palate was on the thin side which added to drinkability in this muggy weather here in Salem. Overall a good drinkable IPA in the "old style" mould of Bridgeport IPA.

Bottle, huge thanks to bitbucket, he’s the man! Pours medium amber, with a thick fluffy head with great lacing. Nose is fantastic, perfumed, spicy, citrus sprucey hops, delicate balance. Not as overtly hoppy as some IIPAs, but wonderfully balanced and complex. Flavors of grapefruit, flesh and rind, spruce tips, fresh pine character as opposed to resiny. Mild perfume and spice, especially in the finish, palate is malty and high quality, but serves as a foundation for the hops rather than trying to steal the show. Exactly how I like my IPAs.

Aroma: sweet candied hops. Very floral. Taste isa touch watery, creamy malt, some biscuit. Finishes slightly cloying and bitter. Very nice. DLD 2009

1. From the Jug at the GABF Colorado Convention Center, Denver 09/10/2008 Pine hop aroma. Clear golden coloured strong in alcohol and very hoppy with a crisp and bitter lasting finish. 2. From the Bottle at Chris O’s 05/08/2009 Big hop aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and fruity citrus and grapefruit flavours. A little dryness and bitterness in a crisp and creamy finish.

Bottle from BMan1113VR in this years summer secret santa. Big thanks on this one. Pours a clear tawny amber with a lovely large yellowed beige head. Big clean citrus hops all over, with a sweet malty backbone and some light pineapple notes. Gorgeous. Just on the thin side of medium. Light sweetness with some spicy hop notes coming through. Big soapy grapefruit bitter finish.

Light gold, strong tall sticky head. I don’t know how you can get better aromatics in an IPA without it being listed as an imperial. Strong citrus and resiny fresh hop aroma jumps out of the glass, mostly grapefruit. Grassy and a bit dry midpalate, nice burst of brash bitterness in the finish.

Alright...forgive me for the improper rating. I am a bit intoxicated. I just need to do this this slowly and everything will be ok. Anyways, I picked this 22 oz. up at the local QFC. Fairly transparent 22 oz. copper/orange colour. Not much head on this, but the head that does stick around, sticks around for quite some time. Fairly good looking brew. Nice citrus hop aroma! Actually, a big citrus hop aroma. This thing has a nice malt balance as well. Nice smelling brew. Fairly malty flavor with some citrus hops. The malty flavor is a bit intrusive if you ask me, but overall it doesn’t destroy the citrus hop flavor. Not really much pine, but it is VERY subtle. Overall, a subtle matly/hoppy IPA. Pretty good balance, and a pretty good IPA.
