| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2002 Golden color, no head, at least by the time it made it to my table at dinner. Nice malty sweet taste initially and then the hops hit me right in the back of the mouth and throat headed towards the nasal cavities. very interesting hop bite to it for that reason. seemed more like american hops to me than english hops. Glad i tried it but i think i will pass next time. Schroppfy (1813), Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 6, 2002 Quite hoppy...I would classify it as an APA not an English PA, but that’s probably just me. Not balanced enough, has too thin a body. These brewers are clearly craftsmen; this one is just one-dimensional. It’s pretty good. ultralite3399 (18), USA
