Jul 16, 2008 On tap. Golden body with a thin white head. Vague fruity aroma. Flavor is refreshing, grainy and fruity. A bit thin body and not really very impressive.

Feb 4, 2006 Very large off-white head of dense bubbles. Great carbonation. Crisp, citrusy aroma with lemon, dry grass, hops and a bit of dustyness. Color is a medium golden orange. Light dry flavor with a very large helping of charcoal. Very strange. Dry smokey ash. Chalky. Some hops and a little more citrus but really overwealmed by the charcoal. Finish is dry and puckering with some sourness and bitterness. A very strange brew and not one that appeals to me very greatly.

Sep 22, 2007 12oz Bottle pours out a cloudy straw topped with a small white head. Aroma of light wheat. A light body. Nothing great.

May 29, 2008 Not much to hang your hat on a blonde ale, except the fact that they are usually really easy to drink, refreshing and that’s usually it. This is no different. The aroma had a bit of sewer-like aroma wafting up but after a few swirls it went away. What was left was a very subtle fruit aroma. Appearance was a medium gold color, clear with a one-finger thick white head. Flavors had some moderate honey character, subtle fruit notes and that’s about it. A clean, crisp finish.

Sep 22, 2007 Bottle Pours a lightly hazy yellow witha small quick white head. Aroma of very light malts and honey. Flavor is a bit tart and some spice. Light palatte and mildy fizzy. A bit papery on the trailer and a noticeably alcohol note.
Odd though at only 4%.

May 15, 2008 At the NorCal tasting. Poured pale yellow with full head. Nose was interesting and fruity, as was the flavor. The was a earthy, no, gritty mid to finish.

Jan 31, 2006 Extremely fast growing, foamy white head. Bronze, semi transparent body. Earthy smell with a hint of bananas and other fruits. The taste was a mixture of malt, bananas, hay and mild carbonation. Finished light and dry. Very easy to drink.
