2006 bottle that I finally got around to opening. Nice dark brown color with a medium off-white head. Aroma has some nice roasty malt, chocolate, and fruit. Flavor is very sweet and malty with some oak, dark fruit, chocolate, and a nice heavy sweetness. Nice mouthfeel. A very nice and robust Doppelbock.
