A golden beer. Aroma of hops, but not much and then alcohol. Flavor of hops and caramel, but not much of either.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of gunhaver. Pours a very cloudy golden with floating impurities and an off-white head. Distinct aroma of American hops. Surprisingly light in body with lightly sweet caramel and fruit. Subdued bitterness. An odd Tripel. 260708

Bottled - tasted blind. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as lighter notes of spices, elderberries, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of dust, and caramel, leading to a dry and OK bitter finish.

From bottle #15 at sk8vikings American blind tasting. Pours hazy orange with lacing white head. Spiced and mild citric aroma. Flavour is fruity and caramel malty. Lingering malty and caramelish. Simple yet spiced enoguh to provide the brew some complexity. Lingering caramelish finish.

#15 Bottle [Sk8viking great American blind tasting] Small bubbly beige head that mostly diminished. Cloudy amber color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma of mild fruit and caramel. Over the palate came mild apricot and grapefruit. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavor. Dry bitter and mild apricot finis with an average duration. 6 / 3 / 7 / 3 / 14 = 3.3

Bottle (22oz) shared at ’Rudolf’s May 2008 Tasting’ -- courtesy of jerc & mabel. The 27th, and final beer of the night! Pours a hazy orange-amber with tiny floaties and a small diminishing off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light grassy hops, some fruit and spices. Flavour’s sweet, malty and follows the aroma, but it’s a little boozy. Medium bodied. Just alright.

2008-05-17. Hazy golden-orange body with a small creamy off white head. (3+) Odd spicy yeast character to the aroma, touch of lemon. Sweetish pale malts in the flavour, light spice as in the aroma. Average plus palate. (3+) Decent, well made, but something about it I did not care fore. At Rudolf’s, Mabel and my bottle from Calgary trip.
