Bottled - tasted blind. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel as well as lighter notes of spices, elderberries, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of dust, and caramel, leading to a dry and OK bitter finish.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of gunhaver. Pours a very cloudy golden with floating impurities and an off-white head. Distinct aroma of American hops. Surprisingly light in body with lightly sweet caramel and fruit. Subdued bitterness. An odd Tripel. 260708

After a disastrous bottle that I purchased at the brewery last year, I was happy to find this on tap at Stumbling Monk for a re-rate. Cloudy beige. Some light alcohol and esters in the aroma. Slightly lemony but overall quite spicy, malty and complex with light alcohol dryness. Quality tripel. Glad I found it again.
