Way overpriced at $8.29 for a sixpack, this poured as it type suggests a clean amber with a white head the faded fast and left average lacing. Nose of caremel, malts and hops, Mouthfeel smooth. Flavors complex, and contain some citrus, flowers, and some hnps. Slightly aweet finish. I am not a great fan of ambers and consider them hard to do well. This one is slightly above average.

This sweet amber ale has a slightly burnt caramel flavor and notes of cookies. Perhaps not the best amber ever, but not too shabby either. Light and easy drinking with a small white head and a glowing red-burnt sienna hue. This is just one of many delectable offering’s from the Olympic organics.

(Bottle) Organic beer blind tasting at Brouwers’s in Seattle, March 3, 2007. Dissipated white head with a garbage vegetable aroma. Flavour is tonic, can and milky crap. Below average.

(12oz bottle) Small beige head atop lightly hazed amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, bread/caramel, orange, cookie, some earthy, light peach. Taste is moderately sweet, bread/caramel, orange, some peach, light sourness. Watery light-medium body, lightly sticky.

Light malt aroma. The body is a murky golden brown color and has a medium palate with low carbonation. Taste is watery and slightly hopped.

Something clunky in the flavor, a dull sweetness, slightly burnt caramel. Aroma carries that off flavor as well—caramel, corn powdered sugar and a pepperiness. on the light side of amber, with a quickly fading head.

Not that great but a good beer to session. Amber in color, light in body, head quickly diminishing. Low alcohol percentage. Refreshing at the least...
