Apr 2, 2007 Way overpriced at $8.29 for a sixpack, this poured as it type suggests a clean amber with a white head the faded fast and left average lacing. Nose of caremel, malts and hops, Mouthfeel smooth. Flavors complex, and contain some citrus, flowers, and some hnps. Slightly aweet finish. I am not a great fan of ambers and consider them hard to do well. This one is slightly above average.

Mar 26, 2007 This sweet amber ale has a slightly burnt caramel flavor and notes of cookies. Perhaps not the best amber ever, but not too shabby either. Light and easy drinking with a small white head and a glowing red-burnt sienna hue. This is just one of many delectable offering’s from the Olympic organics.

Dec 25, 2006 Something clunky in the flavor, a dull sweetness, slightly burnt caramel. Aroma carries that off flavor as well—caramel, corn powdered sugar and a pepperiness. on the light side of amber, with a quickly fading head.
