Appearance: Pours a clear amber body with a thin white head. Smell: Very redolent aroma of soap and fragrant lavender -- it’s like a top-notch hand soap! Taste: Light, toasted malt flavor with very, very little sweetness. Floral hops with hints of apricots. Strong bitterness that lasts into the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Drinkability: A fine, though fairly average IPA.

Pours a transparent copper orange with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of perfumy floral citrusy hops and some pale malt. Body starts fairly effervescent and lightly sweet with a floral hoppy bitterness toward a crisp, but thinner finish. Not as sweet or assertive as some IPAs, but still pretty drinkable.

Pretty damn decent. For $5.99 at Market of Choice, I would buy it again and again. Very clean taste, easy. Not unique though.

poured into tulip. clear dark gold with moderate head. smooth light fresh citrus aroma of hops. very light and smooth, almost a yeastie fruity undertone of bannana with hops. offers a light finish. very refreshing and good.

I just got back from a trip to Vancouver in July. I popped over to the Canada Cup of Beer and stumbled onto a really Eclectic booth that had PIke Brewing Naughty Nellie, Fish Tale IPA and a beer I had never seen before, Edelweiss Snowfresh. What a smorgasborg of flavours. not one style similar, and each one a winner. When I spoke to the volunteers, they told me that very few stores listed these products, and government stores were not allowed to carry them. What a shame! They were very helpful - and provided the name of Liberty Wine Merchants store on 10th and Brewery Creek’s store on Main St. I was happy to see that I could pick up the beer there! BRAVO to independent retailers! Now...back to the beer... After picking the beer up from Liberty Wine Merchants, I had to race over to a friend’s for a barbecue. In my haste, I forgot to put the beer in the cooler. When I got there, I was too thirsty to wait to chill the beer, and cracked the first one open, and to my surprise, it went down with a complex mix of bitterness and malt, almost a floral nose, almost like smelling a garden after a summer rain...exquisite...and the BBQ’d Burger with Mushrooms and sharp cheddar and IPA were made for each other...I can’t think of a better way to top things off...

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with very little to almost no head. Not much of an aroma, can’t really pick much up.. Taste is of spice, earthy malt and bitterness. Finish is very bitter. Not my fav.

12 oz. bottle on 7/14/07. Clear gold, shitish head. Fresh hoppy aroma of pine and spice. Medium body and carbonation, fairly clean. Typical flavor profile for a West Coast IPA, with a refreshing bitter finish. In the land where these types of IPA’s are ubiquitous, this is only average, but nonetheless enjoyable.
