Commercial Description:
Fish Tale IPA is a medium bodied ale with a bright golden color and robust strength. While Pale, Carastan, and Munich malts lend a gentle sweetness and balance to the background palate, this ale is dedicated to complex hop flavor.

This orange/copper ale poured with a decent beige head and a floral aroma. This is a well-balanced brew, starting with a sweet caramel malt flavor that is soon usurped by significant, but not overwhelming hop bitterness with a pine trailer. The flavor is slightly too thin for an IPA, but overall a pretty tasty beverage.

OKay i dont know what the hell you guys are drinking but the website says this is 6.5 abv. also, it smells of piney resinous hops. tastes the same, very bitter with a great long lasting finish. moderate sweetness balances the hoppy bite. i dont know wtf pacific gem hops are but GIMME MORE. loved this.

Very boring for an IPA, not enough complexity and poorly balanced and overall just pretty damn boring. I suppose that’s what I expect from most organic beers though.

12 oz bottle. Poured a deep amber/goldenrod color, nice head to it. Aroma was hoppy, with fruity notes. Flavor had a good amount of hops and some grapefruit notes, with a sort of musky end. Very easy to drink.

This is one of the best IPA’s I have tasted to date. Pours an clear, light orange color with an even head. Has a citrus bouquet with distinct grapefruit notes. The hop finish is unique: floral without the bitterness that comes with lesser IPAs. Overall, very well done.
