Sep 11, 2008 Bottle. Poured deep gold with thick foamy white head. Little lacing. Faint floral aroma. Full hop flavour, with a slice of sweetness for balance, this bear improved as it got warmer. Full hop finish that lasted and went all over the mouth. Lekker!

Aug 14, 2008 Orange/Orange Bloossom nose, with malty grain aromas present(balance). Rich mouth feel grainy mineral flavours braced by a stinging hop acidity. Long lingering finish. Perfect for the drinker who wants an ipa with all the hop character coupled with some of the morev chewier characteritics of the pale ale tradition.

Aug 6, 2008 [1342-20080515] 355mL bottle. Orange fresh hops aroma with a bit of fresh-cut grass and fruit juice which is quick to dissipate. Hazy, glowy medium orange body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Solid woodsy flavour base up front is mostly bitter earthy hoppiness with a sweet finish. Medium body has a rough ending. Drinkable and quite well-balanced.

Jul 11, 2008 Updated: Apr 30, 2009Hazy copper pour, light white head with some retention. Floral aroma, lots of honeysuckle and some sweet tea leaves. Flavor develops plenty of piney hops, some tea leaves as on the nose, and sweet malt. Very pleasant velvety mouthfeel with the right amount of sparkle from the carbo. Worth having again and again, always one of my go-to session IPAs when I can get it locally.

Jul 3, 2008 12oz bottle: pours an amber brown with quick fading off white head, aroma is filled with citrus style hops, flavor is like a mild DFH 90 min IPA, very complex hop flavor. i wasnt expecting much from this beer but its pretty damn good. only change i would make is add a little more malt.

Jun 26, 2008 Bottle. Clear orange color, minimal head. Mild hoppy aroma with some banana. Citrus hops and little else. Not a bad flavor, but pretty watery. Peppery finish.
