Commercial Description:
This is the Cascadian ale brewed for the season of celebrations. Very pale and full bodied with a rich flavor imparted by Pale and Honey malt and assertively friendly hop character. The hop profile is quite distinct, featuring 100% Yakima Chinook hops in the kettle for bittering, flavor and aroma. In fact, this is the hoppiest beer yet from the Mighty Fish Brewers, and perhaps the hoppiest Winter seasonal you’ll have the pleasure to taste this year.

like it better than their regular organic ipa. more balanced. Poured with a white head, plenty of lace, interesting odd red color - hints of pink! Fresh hop and hints of the malt. Nice body, No indication of alcohol. Hop burps.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper with a fading white head. Bread, fruit and spice nose. Creamy medium body and moderate carbonation. Citrus, fruit, honey and cookie dough taste that sort of dwindle into the semi-dry finish. Bitter pine aftertaste. An unusual interpretation of the style.

Bottle via trade with kenb. Pours hazy amber with a small frothy off-white head, somewhat diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma is light malt (bread), heavy hops (pine, orange), light yeast (dough) with notes of peach. Medium bodied, alcoholic texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and harsh bitterness; heavy alcohol flavor.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells grassy with some earthy undertones. Perfumy notes creep in as the beer warms. Tastes pf nuts and pepper with lots of hoppy undertones.
