Feb 26, 2008 Bottle. Very sweet (yeast), light fruity, bread, light alcoholic - nice!
Clear yellow body, big white foamy head, very long lasting. Fruity and yeasty taste, started medium sour, medium duration. Medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation, light astringent finish.
Nice beer, good one for a hot summer day.

Apr 14, 2007 (Bottled) Clear golden with a large, frothy and lacy head. Acidic, honey-malty aroma with lemony sourness. Sweetish-grainy-malty flavor with honeyish feel. Slightly smoother and fruity with yeast. Medium-bodied, medium-carbonated, quite acidic palate. A balanced, but acidic, plain and quite uninteresting brew.
