Pours a pale cloudy straw color, with about a quarter inch of white head. Decent lacing. Sweet lemon in the aroma. Nice wheat beer, a little of grain, and a bit tart with citrus (lemon) up front. Subtle lemon throughout, followed by prominent dry lemon in the aftertaste. Slight citrus hop in the aftertaste. Spice is there, but subdued. Light-medium body, light-medium carbonation

Super cloudy yellow-white pour, with an oily residious white head. Light aroma of lemons, hexane, and bitter almongs. Sugar, lemon, bright wheat, fresh grass and mulled oats round out the nice flavor profile. Palate is sweet, but finishs strong with a light kick of hops and an almost tingly delicious mouth sensation that leaves you wanting more and more. After warming, the beer gets a little bit of sourness and a light metallic tinge.

On-Tap at the brewpub: Super-mega clouded dull banana gold color, thin white cap which resides to a thin collar; big stringy globbed lace. Aroma is dullishly lemon zest, dashes of orange, bready, with some slight clove and yeast spice. Taste has a nice smooth tone of lemon & orange zest, lime tinges on the lips and palate are quite befitting. Light spicey finish with citrusy hop bittering blending. Pleasant hop citrused burps. Feel is medium bodied with a seemly fluffy texture. This is a nice drinker, mild but built foundly with nice flavors and textures. One to drink again and again.

One of the Better offerings in the sampler you can get at Fitgers. Very evenly balanced. Cloudy Orange Coloring. Citrus and a little wheat come out. An above average beer.

Spicy, pepper, coriander aroma--very strong. Lemon, lemongrass flavors, very fresh in flavors. Bitter finish. Not so lively but still good. Hazy yellow color. (on tap at brewpub)

Wonderful, sweet, belgian-style white aroma with hints of orange and hops. Murky, dishwater, dirty blonde body. Unfortunately, the flavor is not nearly as good as the aroma. It is a little over carbonated. Perhaps just needs a little tweaking.

On draught during Great Taste of Midwest 2009 in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden straw colored brew with a fast dissolving white head. Aroma of coriander, golden grain malt, some white pepper and clove. Taste is light to medium bodied, flavors of golden grain malt with coriander and some mild spice and lemon zest. Finish is semi-sweet with a nice coriander and wheat malt aftertaste that slowly disappears.

It has the basic flavor profile, but there are better Wits. While at Fitgers, there are better offerings as well.
