Gold color and lots of foam. Citrus and grapefruit aroma. Bitter and crisp, with lots of hops. This is one of the most heavily hopped APAs I have ever had.

Apr 15, 2008 growler grrr MN beer hunters. hopy grapefruit nose, nice amber color. strong bitter flavor, kind of over powering, very slight sweetness underneath the bitter.

Apr 12, 2008 Growler thanks to Skyview. Thin hazy washed orange pour with little head. Hoppy head of grasses and a bit of citrus. Nice hoppy flavor as well with a dry finish.

Apr 10, 2008 Mystery Growler at during Cellar’s Wine & Spirits Wednesday evening beer tasting. Pours a semi-hazy golden amber brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film and off-white ring. Aroma of some mild Cascade-type hops, some grapefruit, multi-grain malt and a touch of honey. Taste is semi-sweet with a good balance of citrus zest, grassy hops, some mild multi-grain and golden malt with a touch of tropical fruits. Finish has a good balance of semi-sweet malt and a mild bitterness.

Apr 10, 2008 [growler] Shared by skyview. Poured a hazy copper, darker than usual for this style, with a quickly disappearing off white head. Aroma was grassy hops, and citrus fruits (mostly lemon). Flavor was like someone had squirted lemon juice in the beer. Somewhat bitter. Overall pretty refreshing.
