Mar 3, 2008 Thank you Fonefan! The color is hazy, dark, red mahogany and the head is almost non-existing. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, light sweetness, light sourness and hints of spice. The flavour has light sweetness, notes of roasted malt, caramel, candy sugar, hints of coriander, light licorise and anise and the finish is slightly dry and citrussy. It’s very like the Kyndelmisse, just with added spices.
